Trip to BJ

Lately, my travel schedule has been lessen a bit. I can now afford to
stay in HK for 2 weeks and fly to BJ for 1 week. Hopefully, this is a
good sign that my team in PRC is settling in. (Of course, there are
still a couple "issues" need to be solved in terms of my team dynamic.)

Today, it's time to fly to BJ again today. When I arrived at the
airport, I found that there are quite a lot of people waiting for check
in. The queue is really long. Just realized that because of the
Typhoon yesterday, a lot of flights were delayed. The airport is still
"digesting" all the delay. My flight has already delayed for 35 mins.
Hopefully, it won't be further delay. The good sight is that I just
heard the announcement on the boarding gate. Hopefully, that'll mean
the plane has arrived.

(I'm keeping my finger crossed and see whether I will get an upgrade
this time... (^_^))

Double Quarter Pounder

During a dinner with 千年蛋 before, he mentioned that the Double Quarter Pounder is available in HK and it is only available after 9pm.

I recalled that before when I was in Canada (and when I was young), I used to have the Double Quarter Pounder quite often (and a couple of refills on the Coke, yes, refill is free in Canada McD).

Last night, finally, I have a chance to give it a try as I was leaving the office late and haven't had dinner yet. Got one at the McD near my home. Of course, I ordered the one without pickle so that the burger is fresh. It is GOOOOOOOD! (But it is a bit too much for a supper!)

车牌

从朋友口中得知，原来一般的车牌都可以拿出来拍卖。

今天早上在网上search了一下，发现原来车牌有些AL字斗的车牌还可供拍卖。所
以，我都"钩"了一个出来试一试。如果成功的话再跟大家分享。

新车落地

通过前几天的吹促下，终于在昨天把所有有关出车的手续办好，成功出车！（a兄可以将它都放进"四月事先张扬 " 内）

出车后，在昨天已经跑了100+km。对新车的感觉很好，控制得宜，而且感觉应该会比以前那部车省油有点（当然，不会比Pirus省油。另外，"新"的效应都有助于省油）。部新车的最大问题是车身很长，在泊车的时候需要加倍小心。另外，现在在考虑的是当One Island East开张以后，在公司的泊车费用能否保持现在地价格将会成为很大的疑问。

昨天其中用新车到的地方是在八乡的"旦王花"（一家泰国餐馆）。"旦王花"的环境不错，值得跟大家介绍一下。有兴趣的话不妨一试。它就在大榄隧道（向元朗方向）收费处八乡出口，再走5分钟车就能到达。（沿途有路牌指示）
